The State of Israel allows companies specializing in mine and UXO clearance to register as a qualified supplier of the Mine and UXO Clearance Authority, to participate in relevant projects and to serve as a clearance or inspection company. Receiving the approval requires compliance with all the conditions listed in the national specifications.

The preliminary stage

1. A company applying for approval will be briefed of the registration conditions according to the national specifications.

2. The coordinator will examine the preliminary conditions: general conditions, quality standards and professional conditions.

3. Approval of the companies for mine and UXO clearance/inspection of mines for their registration as Ministry suppliers.

Prerequisites

1. The company is registered in Israel

Required quality standards

1. IS0 9001 'Quality Management' standard

2. ISO 14001 'Environmental Management System' standard

3. ISO 45001 'Occupational Safety and Health Management' standard

Professional conditions

1. Professional personnel according to the national specifications requirements

2. Managing mine and UXO clearance rules and procedures according to the national specifications

Granting a professional approval

1. To the clearance company

2. To the inspection company

3. For registration as a supplier with the procuring body: the Procurement and Manufacturing Administration or the Engineering and Construction Department.
