3. Approval of the companies for mine and UXO clearance/inspection of mines for their registration as Ministry suppliers.

Professional Conditions
1. Professional personnel according to the national specifications requirements
2. Managing mine and UXO clearance rules and procedures according to the national specifications
Granting a Professional Approval
1. To the clearance company
2. To the inspection company
3. For registration as a supplier with the procuring body: the Procurement and Manufacturing Administration or the Engineering and Construction Department.

Company registration
Registration of the company as the Ministry's clearance and inspection supplier in mine and UXO clearance projects with the procuring body.
Explosives Safety
The Explosives Safety Division acts opposite the exempt entities and government ministries to update the explosives safety rules and instructions.
The division carries out supreme supervision over the exempt entities to verify compliance with the mandatory requirements of the safety manual.
